Return Eligibility
We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Returned in its original condition.
- Includes all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Free from stains, odors, alterations, pet hair, or visible signs of wear.
- Returned with all accessories included, where applicable.
Items that do not satisfy these requirements may be refused or may only qualify for a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and inventory reasons, certain products cannot be returned.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- Items returned outside the approved return period.
Refund Processing
After your returned package is received, our team will inspect the merchandise to verify that it meets our return requirements.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Inspection typically begins within 2 business days after receipt.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
- Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been successfully processed.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund after the expected processing period, we recommend taking the following steps:

- Contact your credit card issuer.
- Check with your financial institution regarding pending transactions.

Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you wish to purchase a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order while submitting the original eligible item for return separately. This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item.
- Photos of the shipping package and shipping label.
After reviewing your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping Information
Unless an item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To help ensure successful delivery of your return, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
